By booking a journey with Solstice Journeys, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before confirming your trip.
Bookings and payments
A 25% deposit confirms your place on any tour, with the balance due 45 days before departure. Prices are quoted per person and include everything listed under "What's Included" on your tour page. International airfare is excluded unless stated.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 45 days before departure for a full refund of your deposit. Between 45 and 15 days, the deposit is retained as credit toward a future trip. Within 15 days of departure, payments are non-refundable, and we strongly recommend travel insurance.
Changes by us
Occasionally weather, closures or safety require itinerary changes. We will always offer an equivalent experience or a fair adjustment — and if we cancel a tour outright, you choose between a full refund or rebooking.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and insurance for your destinations. Please share dietary needs, mobility requirements and medical conditions that affect your trip so our guides can prepare.
